How can I get a Pet Portal?

1. Visit our hospital. Just give the receptionist your e-mail address.
2. Call us on the phone and give us your e-mail address.
3. Click on the Pet Portal Log in button listed above and then click on the "Create New Account" button
4. Once you provide us with your e-mail address you'll receive your password by e-mail.
